Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Refunds After Purchase

All items are made to order, and therefore cancellations can only be made within 4 hours of placing an order if the order has not been shipped yet. Nevertheless, a fee of 35% will be charged to cover restocking, operational and transactional operations.

 

Order Not Received

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering.

We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Order

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen, and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Claims for damages must be done within three days after receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message through the contact form available at the "contact us" page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
